Action and Emotion

In this photo there is clear emotion and 

expression. Looking at this photo makes me sad and depressed but

I am not sure what is actually causing this elderly man to cry. The emotion in

this picture could be happy tears, or sad, depressed tears that make the viewer sad

looking at it as it did to me. The caption however does say a touched heart so it very well could be 

that the man is crying tears of joy.
