1. The advantages of shooting at a high ISO at a night football game is during the night is it very dark and having an high ISO will raise the exposure to make the photo brighter and more visible.
2. The suggestions the author made was to use a low ISO at all times because it is less grainy and the photo is more clear. They also said even in dark environments to try to use a low ISO as much as possible.
3. The author suggests to use a high ISO when you are fighting against the motion blur in a photo. Another suggestion they suggest is when the environment is dark to always use a high ISO unless you need to use a low ISO.
